Energy Performance Certificates
The EPC Certificate displays an energy rating showing how energy efficient your property is. Rating A-C is a desirable score.

New dwellings to demonstrate building control compliance and sign off at completion. (OCDEA)

Existing dwellings to rent out your property to new tenants. (DEA)
The EPC is a legal requirement if you are selling or renting out your property. You can get the certificate in as little as 3-4 days after booking with us!
The price of the EPC depends on the size of the property, please call to discuss if you need a quote. Prices start from £85.00.
Energy Retrofit Assessments
If you are experiencing poor energy efficiency, thermal discomfort or very high heating or cooling bills we can undertake domestic retrofit assessments that will guide the changes needed to design an energy efficiency plan your home.
The assessor will create a conditoin report and collect other detailed information about the home and how energy is being used. The report can be used by the retrofit designer who will create a plan to make your property warmer, cooler and more fuel efficient.
Energy Assements can take between 2 - 3 hours depending on the size of the property, please call for a quote. Prices start form £275.00
Retrofit Co-ordination & Project Managerment
If you want to implement significant energy saving measures and you are receving government funding you will have to work with a PAS35 approved Retrofit Co-ordinator. You can also engage our Retrofit Project Managment services if you want to ensure your upgrade measures are installed to the highest standards.
The Retrofit Co-ordinator works from project inception to handover and has responsibility for evaluation and support of recification of any issues to deliver customer satisfaction.
Retrofit Co-ordination is on a prices on a project basis, the price depends on the number and ocmplexity of energy measures to be installed. Project prices start from £2,500.
Info on Grants & Funding
If you have undertaken all of the no cost and low cost energy efficiency changes according to our Assessors advice and you want further improvements, you may want to look into making some major modifications to your energy equipment.
First we will discuss any government funded schemes you may be able to access, if not available we will work with our finance partners to arrange the cost for equipment and installation of upgraded energy efficient equipment.

Energy Saving Tips & Advice
In order to help you improve the energy efficieny of your home our Assessors are trained to provide advice on areas from simple upgrades to renewables that you can implement to make your home more comfortable and fuel efficient.
Assessors follow a holistic approach, focusing on the fabric first, regular maintenance, and only where appropriate advising on equipment upgrades.
